TheParallelShow GrandeFinale was a project for improvised performance. It took place on Saturday 30 June and Sunday 1 July at two different locations: the white cube of NP3 in Groningen (NL) and the chapel of Greylight Projects in Brussels (BE).

On Saturday 30 June the two performances started simultaneously in both spaces. From 10.00 am to 17.00 the doors were opened to the public, the entrance free. In each location a video camera streamed a real-time video to be projected in the corresponding site. The projected video ensured that there was a mixing of both physical and virtual presence, performers and visitors. When the doors closed at 17.00, the groups of performers swapped locations to work again on Sunday during the same hours.

On Sunday at 17.00 all performers left for Dordrecht (about half way between Groningen and Brussels), where they were invited to a public dinner in Pictura at 20.00. Visitors were welcome to join the meal. During the dinner a performative conversation took place.
